Job Context:
∎ We are looking for dynamic individual to lead our Microbiology Team
∎ Job Location: Tongi (Synovia Site)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Management of Microbiology Lab Operations and Lead the Team performing regular activities.
∎ Represent the department during audits and Regulatory inspections as a subject matter expert.
∎ Provide technical guidance and expertise to Microbiology Team and external departments.
∎ Review tests methods against latest updates in guidance, quality standards and regulatory requirements and ensure implementation of the same as appropriate.
∎ Proactively perform identification of risk under evolving scenarios with respect to quality/compliance impact and delivery impact on the shop floor. Anticipate new developments in the industry and implement best practices.
∎ Deliver technical training/share best practices within the team and shop floor personnel.
∎ Actively engage in risk assessments and provide insights on tools and risk mitigation actions.
∎ Responsible for All types of reporting such as Standard Hours, Monthly report including Corporate Report, CAPEX & OPEX utilization, Inventory and Asset Management.
∎ Lead Investigator for Failure investigation, Out of Specifications and CAPA implementation as part of Investigation outcome.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 10 years of experience in the Pharma Microbiology Lab.
∎ Good communication skills in both Bengali and English
∎ Competency in planning, facilitating, and executing Laboratory activities
∎ Strong supervisory, analytical and negotiation skills.
