∎ LUMION, MICROSOFT OFFICE, SketchUp, VRAY

Job Context:

∎ Job Category : Permanent

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing project brief, conceptual design of various types of projects and work with other team
∎ members to prepare the architectural construction drawings and documents.
∎ Performing design and construction management skills during the project's life cycle.
∎ To prepare 3D visualization as per the Instruction of Team Leader Architect.
∎ Creating design and working drawing by computer-aided design (Sketch up, Auto CAD, 3D Studio
∎ MAX with V-Ray Render, Photoshop and other)
∎ Sound Knowledge in Modern Interior & Exterior Design concept.
∎ The Architect must have strong capability on Residence Design, Office Design, Resort design, Retail
∎ Shop Design, Restaurant Design, Pavilion Design with full working drawing.
∎ Any Other Design related duties assigned by Management.

∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

∎ Strong Communication and interpersonal Skills.
∎ Good Planning and organizational skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure
