∎ Sound knowledge of Auto cad, Sketch up, Photoshop, 3ds max, Lumion, V-ray, MS Word, and MS Excel. (Must be highly skill in Auto CAD for Working Drawing)
∎ Sound knowledge of RAJUK sheet drawing
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Planning, design & decision making, preparing authority approval sheet, detailed working drawings.
∎ Prepare BOQ and specification as per the design drawing
∎ Confirm adherence to construction specifications and safety-related electro-mechanical work, verifying calculation and placements.
∎ Proper planning for project specific information architecture by studying the site concept, strategy and target audience.
∎ Envisioning architectural scheme, information structure and features, functionality and user-interface design;
∎ Creating user scenarios, preparing data models, designing information structure, work and dataflow, conducting creative meetings with related stakeholders.
∎ Maintain correspondence with engineers, contractor & consultant farm.
∎ Monitor & supervise all the architectural issues of the company.
∎ Sound Knowledge on Imarat Nirman Bidhimala and Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC).

∎ Formation is a studio for architecture, planning, design and interior led by Architect Abul Hasnain Monjur Murshed and a group of efficient Professionals. Architect Murshed`s philosophy of integration can be seen in the way the practice`s BKSP dormitory; it is essentially one large open space, shared equally by everyone, and free of subdivisions to encourage good communication between the many people who come together there.
The practice`s work ranges in scale from the large project on Jhilmil project to interior of Maersk logistics Head Office at Gulshan Circle -2. The scope of its work includes the design of buildings, interior and product design, graphics and exhibitions. These can be found throughout the Dhaka City, from Sylhet, Chittagong and Kushtia to the Mawlana Vasani Science & Technology University, Gajipur.
The studio has established an national reputation with buildings such as the Many Appartment project of ASSET Development Ltd., Navana Real Estate, the interior for Banglalink Customer Care, Alraji Hospital.
The central concern of the practice is design excellence, achieved through active collaboration with clients and specialists - from structural and environmental engineers to cost consultants. Management of cost and time is an important discipline. A wide range of supporting skills underpins the work of the practice, including model making, CAD drawing and vizualisation, and audio-visual, photographic and printing systems.
Established as FORMATION in 1998 the practice, now known as FORMATION, has project offices with its main studio in 128 Rokeya Sarani, Mirpur 10.
