∎ Selima Medical College Hospital Ltd. - A sister concern of BRB Cable Industries Ltd. invites applications from Bangladeshi nationals for recruitment Engineers for its under construction hospital project. Required Position, Qualification & Experience are described below:-
∎ Work Place: The position requires to work in Kushtia. The selected candidates required to stay in Kushtia with family.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sketch design detail, visualization, report writing with neat formatting presentation skills.
∎ Product research, building regulation requirements, detail Technical Drawings.
∎ Agendas, run design team/site meetings, write minutes, productive site visits recording quality and progress.
∎ Managing programmers, critical paths/pinch points/looking ahead and key documentation handover overview.
∎ Interior & Exterior furniture design including furniture layout, door details, landscaping, irrigation, lighting outlets, finishing, false ceiling, kitchen, laundry and hospital equipment etc. for High Rise Building like Hospital/ Commercial.
∎ Brief knowledge on all types of finishing works and to be accountable for the successful completion of project.
∎ To supervise and close monitor on day to day of quality/timely construction and ensuring overall sites/project safety and security.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Practical working experience in High Rise Building like Hospital/ Commercial.
∎ Proficiency in AutoCAD and creating construction/ working drawings.
∎ A sound understanding of Adobe Suite, Photoshop, ln Design, Excel.
∎ Professional expertise in Sketch & 3D Max.
∎ Excellence in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Power Point, MS Project.
