Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduate.
∎ MBA/ Diploma in HRM will be given preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The candidate should have sound knowledge on Manpower Planning, Recruitment, Performance Management, Leave Management, Transport Management, Waste Management & proper way of its Sales & Disposal, Proper way of maintaining Canteen Facility, Labor Laws, Grievance Handling, Management of Payroll /benefits/ facilities as supported by the prevailing Law of the country, Analysis of Man Machine Ratio, Analysis of Employee Efficiency related to Productivity, Analysis of Man Power Turnover with remedy, Preparation of Employee Job Description & KPI, Market trend of Salary Structure in Garments Sector, Analysis of various Motivational Tools & Techniques, ways & means for maintaining Excellent Housekeeping etc.
∎ Responsible to make and implement Company HR & Compliance polices as per local law and different buyers Code of Conducts.
∎ Should have sound knowledge on Labor Law, Factories Act, Fire Prevention and Fire Fighting Laws, Minimum Wages as per Gazette published from time to time in Garments & Textile sector in Bangladesh.
∎ To prepare factory for facing different Audit such as Accord, Alliance, BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, OCS, GOTS, FSC, OEKO-TEX, C-TPAT, ISO, HIGG & SR H7M of Social / Ethical / Environmental / Technical / Supply Chain Security (SCS) / QMS audit.
∎ Responsible for entire Recruitment, Selection, Placement, Compensation/Benefits, Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct, HR Administration, Fire, Health & Safety etc.
∎ To Prepare Training Materials on Various issues and conduct Training for employees along with proper monitoring on regular basis.
∎ Provide the information to the Management for developing a strategic approach on administrative development and ensure the effective implementation of operational plan
∎ Communicate with BKMEA, BGMEA, Different 3rd Party Compliance Auditors, Fire & Civil defense Department, Labor Office, Labor Court, Police Station, Labor Federation, Department of Environment, offices of PDB / DESCO/REB, TITAS Gas, Department of Boiler, Municipal Office, RAJUK etc.
∎ Ensure legal compliance of policies and procedures, Termination, Dismissal Compensation, Disciplinary Action, etc.
∎ Capable of thinking strategic, especially in using the HR function to help the Group to achieve its business objective;
∎ Understand the importance of building a strong and progressive culture to create a dynamic work environment;
∎ To draw Action Plan & implement the same in line with the vision of the Company / Direction of the top Management to manage growth of the Organization;
∎ To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Sound knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Law-2006 and Amendment -2015 is must
∎ Should have sound knowledge in Accord & Alliance Audit Procedure
∎ The ideal candidate should have excellent skill in operating Computer ( MS Office )
∎ Adaptable, pro-active, innovative and must be able to work under pressure independently
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Should have excellent people management skills
