Job Responsibilities:
∎ Generating ideas & plan customer acquisition by analysing online marketing trend.
∎ Customer acquisition via emails, social media handles, phone calls & in person visit.
∎ Providing customer services via emails, social media handles, phone calls & in person visit.
∎ Identifying customers needs, clarifying provided informations & provide solutions.
∎ Customer services & acquisition through incoming & outgoing calls, meeting business KPI.
∎ Customer relationship management with proper followup.
∎ Proactive engagement in event & activation, achieving customer acquisition goal.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 1-2 years experience in customer communication will be preferred.
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply
∎ Must be proactive, smart & self motivated.
∎ Should have skill in customer service & business communication.
∎ Skilled in MS Word, Excel, Power-point along with social media platforms, e-mail & Web browsing)
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 18000 (Monthly)
