∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Quality assurance of contact center calls, emails, chat -all kind of voice & non-voice communication.
∎ Quality assurance of service centre in terms of behavior, infra, atmosphere, process adherence, ERP or relevant software input etc.
∎ Develop SOP to organize service process and policy.
∎ Monitor all service centre attendance and others activity through IP Camera and IP phone call records.
∎ Contributing to internal and external communications if any product’s TAT time exceeds more than 10days.
∎ Coaching and development of new and existing staff, transforming communications and the way they work.
∎ Monitor the training calendar. Also monitor the effectiveness of the training.
∎ Be heavily involved in the complaints management system and inform immediately to the top management if any type of discrepancy found from the members.
∎ Survey the service centres to check adherence of service policies and procedures.
