Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering. (MBA will be added advantage)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure smooth and profitable operation of spare parts.
∎ Design and develop strategy for spare parts inventory maintenance and parts distribution.
∎ Monitor parts inventory operation and daily parts activity to ensure high quality standard of spare parts operation.
∎ Efficiently manage both people and process involved in spare parts unit.
∎ Manage and follow up with current and previous customers and stockiest.
∎ Generate market information properly and expand spare parts sales network.
∎ Plan and execute marketing and sales campaigns for spare parts.
∎ Prepare monthly budget and achieve spare parts sales and distribution target.
∎ Work closely with service and distribution team to ensure proper spare parts supply

Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidates with 2 years of relevant experience in spare parts management will be preferred. (Fresher's are also allowed to apply)
∎ Problem solving ability, physical and mental strength.
∎ Strong communication and social skills
∎ Flexibility to travel extensively outside Dhaka.
