∎ Minimum 10 years’ experience in garment/textile sourcing for global clothing brands
∎ In-depth understanding of international sourcing, costing, and production processes
∎ Willingness and ability to travel globally as required
∎ Strong leadership and communication skills

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage sourcing operations for international buyers
∎ Maintain strong supplier and buyer relations
∎ Represent the company at international fairs, fashion shows, and buyer meetings
∎ Oversee product development and ensure timely execution
