Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify potential suppliers through market research, regular physical market visit and networking.
∎ Evaluate suppliers based on criteria such as quality, cost, reliability, and service.
∎ Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with suppliers.
∎ Create a Database with regular updatess of the product pricing & source.
∎ Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
∎ Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the sourcing process.
∎ Answer emails and calls from clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have about their requirements.
∎ Track and report key performance metrics related to sourcing activities.
∎ Manage Total Sourcing Process: Customer Requisition, sourcing of the products with best price & right quality & specifications, Deliver the items, and Collection of the Payment.
∎ Regular Corporate Office Visit to understand their requirements & build the business relationship
