Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and Execute purchasing strategies based on business, market, and technology trends and establish strong and competitive supply base.
∎ Analyze all suppliers in order to select the most suitable suppliers who are able to deliver high quality products at competitive pricing.
∎ Work with engineering to understand new parts, design changes and communicate those changes to the supplier, while upholding proper sourcing and change management procedures.
∎ Collaborate with manufacturing to make sure they are fully supported & have everything they need from supply chain to be successful.
∎ Create RFQs, review, analyze and clarify quotations from suppliers and develop sound sourcing and business recommendations balancing cost, quality, lead-time and technical considerations.
∎ Ensure commercial, legal and contractual compliances in all the procurement transactions.
∎ Use of effective verbal and written communication skills.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Applicants having experience in automobile industries will get preference.
∎ Strong skills in sourcing of electro-mechanical parts, proprietary/bought out items, automobile items.
∎ Applicants should have good interpersonal communication skills and should be fluent in English in any form of communication.
∎ Applicants must have basic knowledge of imports, ie, Bangladesh IPO, UCP 600, Incoterms, Letter of Credits, Tariff Schedule, Customs and VAT SROs, basic knowledge of VAT and Taxes.
∎ Applicants must have good leadership and negotiation skills.
∎ Should have knowledge to work with Microsoft Office.
Salary: Negotiable
