Educational Requirements:
∎ MBBS, M.Phil/ Diploma in Ultrasound & As per Rules and Regulations of the Bangladesh Medical & Dental Council (BMDC) also.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform clinical assessment and diagnostic sonographic examination.
∎ Use cognitive skills to identify, record and adapt procedures as appropriate to anatomical, pathological diagnostic information and images.
∎ Use independent judgment during the sonographic examination to accurately differentiate between normal and pathological findings.
∎ Perform analysis of sonograms, synthesize sonographic information and medical history and communicate findings to the appropriate physician
∎ Assume responsibility for the safety, mental and physical comfort of patients while they are in the sonographer's care.
∎ Establish and maintain ethical working relationships and good report with all interrelating hospitals, referral or commercial agencies.
∎ To carry out any other responsibilities assigned by the management time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ 5-6 years of experience as Consultant Sonologist.
∎ Ability to examine the patient sincerely and carefully to produce accurate report.
∎ Ability to effectively operate sonographic equipment.
∎ Ability to evaluate, synthesize and communicate diagnostic information to the attending physician.
∎ Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationship with the public and health care team.
∎ Ability to work efficiently and cope with emergency situation.
∎ Deeply self motivated to increase level of understanding and knowledge of the field, disease and new procedure as they evolve.
