Job Responsibilities:
∎ Software Service Engineer will be recruited for ATM, CRM, CDM, MICR software support.
∎ ATM, CRM, CDM and MICR Problem Identification, Diagnosis, Collecting Required Logs and Resolution.
∎ Handle and process customer complaints.
∎ Ensure faster resolution of client queries, technical analysis of clients' requirements & response to client on time regarding software enhancement fixes & disputes.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply. Above 1 year Experience in ATM industry or similar banking equipment industry will get preference.
∎ Need to visit customer places regularly.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Must be proficient in writing professional emails to clients
