Educational Requirements:
∎ Education and work experience requirement: Bachelor's Degree (BS) in Engineering or related field.
∎ Java or PHP Web Application development experience, over 5 years
∎ Development leader(playing manager) experience, over 5 years, project with 10 or more people
∎ Linux/Apache Server and OS experience, over 2 years
∎ Educational Qualification: Graduation from reputed University
∎ Mandatory Major subject: Software Engineering/ Engineering.

∎ At least 5 year(s)

∎ 3 years deputation in Bangladesh
∎ After which they can be deputed in any other country like Malaysia or Indonesia for 3 years.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work, collaborate and communicate effectively with other members of Membership group and Company group
∎ Create development schedule with the team and ensure that the development is on track
∎ Understand Architecture Requirements and ensure effective design, development, validation and building applications
∎ Understand performance, scalability and software development best practices
∎ Advocate for new product features and ensure the prompt and proper resolution of technical challenges
∎ Perform implementation reviews, improve system quality continuously and educate other members
∎ Adhere to the organizational guidelines and processes
∎ Develop a system that is easy to reuse.
∎ Create documentation to understand the system.
∎ Make proposals to customers with the sales teams.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience building on-premise servers.
∎ Automation of regular tasks by script creation
∎ Understanding of Client-side technologies (HTML, CSS, JS, JQuery)
∎ Understanding of SQL
∎ Preferred Qualifications:
∎ Web application security knowledge
∎ World wide web such as http and cookie
∎ MySQL,MaraiaDB
∎ Eclipse, Vim, Git Tools
∎ Agile/Scrum process development
∎ VMware
∎ Experience in developing Android applications

Salary: Tk. 150000 (Monthly)
