Job Context:
∎ This position will be responsible for designing, developing and integrating Hospital Management System solutions and software.
∎ This position will be part of an Agile development team, building and working on enterprise-grade systems (Desktop & Web base) software using the Microsoft NET development stack as well as C# .Net Core technologies including REST, SOAP and WCF services.
∎ Expert in creating stored procedures, PL/SQL Packages, Triggers and Functions and strong knowledge in Oracle cursor management and exception handling
∎ Expert in creating Views, Stored Procedures, effective function sand appropriate Triggers to facilitate efficient data manipulation and data consistency.
∎ Excellent conceptual knowledge of Oracle 11g/19c database backups and restore, such as full backups, incremental backups and RMAN backups..

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Build and support distributed n-tier applications using .NET and Oracle technologies to provide the most efficient and reliable systems for the organization.
∎ Extensive knowledge of Oracle database architecture and design.
∎ Knowledge of project management and Agile/SCRUM software development techniques to complete the requirements of software applications.
∎ Participate in all stages of software development including, front-end development, back-end development, database integrations, user interface, user experience, and back-end server management.
∎ Facilitate meetings and training demos as necessary. Presenting and explaining solution design decisions and justifications in walkthrough sessions with stakeholders and IT team members.
∎ Identify emerging issues or situations and find solutions through a systematic, multi-step approach.
∎ The position requires good communication skills, ability to work together in a cross-functional technical team as well as providing support to clients and more importantly, an individual with a sense of pride and ownership in their work.

∎ Core Hospital management system, HR, Finance, Asset, Inventory management system
∎ Ability to learn new languages and technologies
∎ Produce scalable software solutions utilizing a range of different technologies and languages (such as Java, JavaScript, PHP, Python, Flutter) to develop applications approaching software holistically in order to cater to both user experience and functionality
∎ Resourcefulness and troubleshooting aptitude
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
∎ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
