- Age 18 to 38 years
Smart, confident, and presentable personality
Comfortable and confident speaking in front of the camera
Previous experience in Facebook Boosting / Meta Ads is required
Good practical knowledge of Facebook Boosting, including campaign setup, audience targeting, and basic performance analysis
Previous experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, or E-commerce will be preferred
Energetic, responsible, creative, and willing to learn
Required Skills
Strong practical knowledge of Facebook Boosting & Meta Ads
Good knowledge of Facebook & Meta Business Suite
Ability to create and manage social media campaigns
Basic Video Shooting & Video Editing skills
Ability to create engaging Posts, Reels & promotional content
Excellent Bangla communication and presentation skills
Ability to confidently present products through Videos & Facebook Live
Professional communication with customers through Messenger, Comments & online channels
Basic English communication skills will be an advantage
Genuine interest in E-commerce, Social Media & Digital Marketing
