Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors in any discipline, Business Background is preferable.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing posts on social media such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, website and other platforms.
∎ Writing and designing content for social media and website.
∎ Market research and incorporate the findings into each campaign for better results.
∎ Communicating with the sales team and assisting with their queries via both telephone and email.
∎ Communicating with customers and helping them with their queries.
∎ Some admin work such as supporting the sales team, pricing, keeping track of inventories, packaging, dispatching and sorting out shipments, etc.
∎ Communicating regards corporate matters.
∎ Multi-tasking (as assigned).
Additional Requirements:
∎ Male-Female both can apply, we prefer Female.
∎ Excellent Knowledge of Content design and writing.
∎ Knowledge of Microsoft office (excel, word etc.).
∎ Excellent English and Bangla proficiency.
∎ Excellent verbal communication skills.
∎ A proper understanding of digital marketing.
