Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Operate and maintain soap chemical dryers within the factory, ensuring efficient and high-quality drying of soap chemicals according to production specifications and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
∎ Monitor and adjust dryer settings (e.g. temperature, pressure, airflow) to optimize drying processes, minimize energy consumption, and ensure product consistency.
∎ Perform routine maintenance tasks on dryers, including cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs to prevent breakdowns and maintain optimal performance.
∎ Identify and troubleshoot operational problems with dryers, promptly resolving issues to minimize production downtime.
∎ Participate in preventive maintenance programs, collaborating with the electrical and maintenance teams to ensure the smooth operation of dryers.
∎ Maintain accurate records of dryer operations, including production logs, maintenance activities, and any equipment issues encountered.
∎ Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while operating and maintaining dryers to create a safe working environment.
∎ Assist with the training of new operators on the proper operation and maintenance of soap chemical dryers.
∎ Stay updated on advancements in soap chemical drying technologies and best practices to identify potential improvements for the factory.
∎ Minimum 7-8 years of experience operating and maintaining industrial drying equipment, preferably in a soap or toiletries manufacturing environment.
∎ A strong understanding of the soap chemical drying process and the factors affecting product quality.
∎ Working knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems related to industrial dryers.
∎ Ability to operate and maintain dryers safely and efficiently according to GMP guidelines.
∎ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot operational issues with dryers.
∎ Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with production teams, supervisors, and maintenance personnel.
∎ Job Location: Jarun, Konabari, Gazipur.
