Education:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Environmental Science, Master of Science (MSc) in Environmental Science, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Science, Business Administration, HRM, Environmental Science, or a related discipline
∎ Must hold active SLCP Verifier credentials

∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SLCP verification tools
∎ PDCA International Ltd. is hiring qualified professionals who are APSCA Member Auditors and active SLCP-Approved Verifiers.
∎ Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in social and labor compliance auditing.
∎ The role involves conducting SLCP verifications and social audits as per the Converged Assessment Framework (CAF).
∎ Strong English communication skills and willingness to travel are essential.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct independent SLCP verifications and social compliance audits as per protocol and brand requirements
∎ Prepare high-quality verification and audit reports with accurate and objective findings
∎ Maintain up-to-date records of audit logs, CPD hours, and relevant documentation
∎ Participate in calibration sessions, mandatory training, and contribute to continuous process improvement
∎ Perform any additional SLCP and social audit–related tasks assigned by the Program Manager
∎ Job Summary:
∎ PDCA International Ltd. is looking for professionals who are APSCA Member Auditors with active SLCP-approved verifier credentials. The selected candidate must hold both credentials and will be responsible for conducting SLCP verifications and social audits, with frequent onsite audits across Bangladesh and occasionally abroad, as per the Converged Assessment Framework (CAF) and SLCP protocols, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and professionalism in all activities.
