Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Basic Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Electrical Substation, Electronics Quality Ensure, Industrial Electrical Systems, Power Electronics
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Electric Wire/Cable, Engineering Firms, Power
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The candidate will monitor site survey, meter installation works and make sure that all existing post-paid meters under a distribution transformer have been converted to smart prepayment meter.
∎ Ensure successful installation of DCU under each transformer
∎ Checking and ensuring the last meter reading from HES system and assist Utility to close the last billing cycle.
∎ Ensure that all the prepayment meter and DCU installation works carry out according to the statutory requirements, design, and standards of the Utility.
∎ The candidate shall be fully responsible to monitor and maintain a clean and accurate Customer database including the Customer's name and contact information, account information, tariff details, meter number and physical location.
∎ The candidate shall train the Customers of how to use prepayment meters and vending options after replacing the post-paid meter. In addition, the candidate shall provide Customer support related to all works, troubleshooting of prepayment meters and vending.
∎ The candidate shall maintain an up-to-date inventory of the stock of all material such a way that it shall be possible to audit the stock and compare to the approved bill of material of the contract without prior notice by Employer's representatives.
∎ The candidate will coordinate with S&D, Employers and Sub-contractor and make installation plan.
∎ Making record of Customer Meter Order(CMO) submission and Old meter submission to Utilities and perform R&I.
∎ As per task assign by management
