Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable of independently supervising construction of high-rise Prefabricated building.
∎ Knowledge of materials (Civil constructions & interiors)
∎ Good understanding of details drawing, BOQ, Bar chart etc.
∎ Must have good experiences & knowledge in interior work.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 3-4 years Prefabricated Building Construction experience.
∎ Ability to manage the work force and timely completion of work.
∎ Self-motivated, hardworking, energetic, strong leadership skill, good communication and interpersonal skill,
∎ Good knowledge of understanding of Auto CAD, 3Ds Max, Drawing, software & computer work.
∎ PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:
∎ Positive Attitude.
∎ Organized & Disciplined.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization and with COOs and functional managers at different locations.
∎ Results-oriented.
