∎ Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in road construction and related fields is required.
∎ Must be hard working and have mentality to work in anywhere in Bangladesh.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Site Supervision & Management: Oversee and supervise daily Road construction activities on-site.
∎ Ensure the construction process is carried out as per approved plans, designs, and specifications.
∎ Monitor work progress and schedule to meet project deadlines.
∎ Provide technical support to contractors and construction workers. Quality Assurance & Control: Ensure the quality of materials and workmanship meets required standards.
∎ Prepare periodic progress reports and submit them to the project manager or client.
∎ Review and approve contractor payments based on work completed.
∎ Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address concerns and provide updates on project status.
