Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering from any reputed polytechnic institute.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To supervise the works of construction according to the approved drawing and design.
∎ To coordinate the projects and follow up the work progress according to the construction plans in collaboration with project in charge.
∎ To analyze project cost.
∎ To ensure safety and security measures that are arranged for maintaining at project sites.
∎ To prepare work schedule and monitor project works according to the schedule.
∎ To prepare daily reports of work progress.
∎ To carry out any other tasks assigned by In-charge/HOD.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Candidate should have experience in construction site work.
∎ Should have ability to manage and work under pressure.
∎ Must have strong leadership and management skills.
∎ Should be energetic, confident, proactive and assertive.
∎ Should have sound command on MS Office program.
∎ Should have good problem-solving ability.
∎ Should have good communication skill.

Salary: Negotiable
