Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and manage construction sites for piling works and related projects.
∎ Oversee day-to-day site operations, including the use of hydraulic static pile drivers.
∎ Plan, schedule, and allocate resources effectively to meet project timelines.
∎ Supervise subcontractors, site engineers, and workers to ensure compliance with design and safety standards.
∎ Conduct progress meetings with clients and provide regular updates.
∎ Coordinate with internal departments for testing services, including pile load tests.
∎ Monitor project costs and ensure adherence to the project budget.
∎ Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
∎ Troubleshoot on-site issues and provide timely solutions.
∎ Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
∎ 2+ years of experience in site management/project management in pile construction or related sectors.
∎ In-depth knowledge of hydraulic static pile driving and pre-cast piling techniques.
∎ Strong project planning and leadership skills.
∎ Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and MS Office.
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management abilities.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
∎ Position Overview:
∎ The Site Manager / Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all phases of construction projects, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. This role involves coordinating between site operations, engineering teams, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution within set deadlines and budgets.
