Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable of corresponding the foreigners in english language fluently.
∎ Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, and personnel performance) and report on project status regularly.
∎ Prepare specifications, detail drawings, cost estimation, and analysis from drawings and plans
∎ Day-to-day site management, including supervising and monitoring site contractors and vendors to maintain project control.
∎ To review project progress at various stages and provide guidance to relevant staff to complete the project on time.
∎ Be knowledgeable and skilled in all types of finishing work.
∎ Capable of creating and maintaining a project work bar chart.
∎ Ability to work with multiple discipline projects
∎ Project management and supervision abilities
∎ Decision-making and leadership abilities
∎ Time management and organization abilities
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years

Salary: Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
