Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Civil in Civil Engineering, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering
∎ Sound knowledge of Engineering, construction, and design.
∎ Good written and verbal communication skills.
∎ A willingness to learn.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Desigin,drawing
∎ Training/Trade Course: Auto CAD
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean.
∎ Execution of all construction related activities' like concreting, shuttering, Bar Bending, Block Work, Plastering Etc.
∎ Preparing bills for Sub Contractors
∎ Handling material equipment requisitions and material reconciliation
∎ Handling labors
∎ Studying the construction drawings and executing the work as per the same
∎ Estimation and supervision of site work

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Communication skills

Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
