∎ B.Sc./ Diploma in Civil Engineering/ Architecture

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Project compliance
∎ Market and general research
∎ Procurement resources & logistics support on site
∎ Clear understanding of Interior Construction works
∎ Manage and control all aspects of the ongoing construction site for Interior Design
∎ Site management includes advising the in-house planning team, managing the project scheduling and contractors
∎ Supervise & check all Construction Drawings and Shop Drawings
∎ Incorporate & ensure quality and standard of construction, modify an existing design to meet those needs if necessary
∎ Coordinating between stakeholders in all aspects of Project Controls functions and parameters
∎ Perform, Monitor, assist and assure timely delivery of projects
∎ Manage and supervise the overall Timely Delivery of Projects and manpower resources at the site
∎ Ensuring project construction quality

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 34 years
