Job Context:
∎ Reports to: Manager Operations
∎ Willing to travel extensively within Bangladesh

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent will lead a Construction Management Team of Civil, Electrical and Mechanical Graduates and Diploma Engineers.
∎ Engineering Installation
∎ Project Report Writing
∎ Liaison with Client

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum of 10-12 years of job experience in the relevant field of Engineering.
∎ Need to have working experience in the field of Engineering Installation, Commissioning Project (HVAC, MEP, Fire-fighting, Fire detection, smoke control,Diesel Electric Generators, Pumps, Electrical Substationing & services, water circulation system, CCTV etc, Lifts/Elevators,
∎ security equipment etc) ,
∎ Must be able to operate AutoCAD, M S Word, Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Project etc.
∎ High Objective Analytical power
∎ Excellent communication skills
∎ Multi-tasking skill-Ability to work and manage multiple projects.
∎ Real accountability, External orientation, Team alignment
