Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Civil
∎ Skills Required: Able to work under pressure

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): civil contruction, steel fabrication

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Minimum 3 Years of experience both in Civil & Steel Contraction as site engineer, if you do not have the required experience please do not apply.
∎ Ensure a consistently high standard of work is produced in accordance with specification and quality standards through regular quality inspections with sub-contractors.
∎ Direct and supervise day to day operations of sub-contractors ensuring appliance of common operational procedures.
∎ Ensure material requisitions are issued in adequate time to achieve the Construction Programmed. Schedule, control and monitor all plants and materials on a weekly basis.
∎ Supervise site activities.
∎ Maintain the work schedule.
∎ Ensure erection/construction work.
∎ To take corrective measures of construction activities, and resolve probable unexpected difficulties, and other issues that may arise from time to time.
∎ Any other task as required by project management.
∎ He must stay at Project Site.
∎ Contribute to the Company's Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives.
∎ Should guide and train employees and customers for their total health & safety.

∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to extract works from coworkers under pressure situation and high willingness to work day & night as per project demand.
∎ Ability to communicate with client, providing solutions to on site challenges and managing project workforce.
∎ Experience in working standard projects where SAFETY is absolutely critical.
∎ Good understanding of the terms, norms, interpreting design & industrial safety requirement of pre-fabricated structure.
∎ Ability to write formal project progress report as per guidance.
∎ Willing to work in a growing company for a long time and excel career.
∎ Possessing strong leadership quality to deliver projects on time by motivating the team members.
