Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. Engineering/ Diploma in Engineering respective fields from any Public Engineering University/ any Public polytechnic institute.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Civil Construction works, Garments Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage all construction work as per the projected time with due attention to rate analysis through the proper market survey.
∎ Day-to-day supervision of construction work with ensuring construction methodology, progress and report to Construction manager.
∎ Assist to prepare a budget, supervise and monitor construction works, materials requirements, time schedule, installation, maintenance and support.
∎ Compile project specifications & ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards as per Schedule.
∎ Good Knowledge of ACCORD/RSC Compliance Issue.
∎ Prepare the bill of quantity for the vendor.
∎ Manage and ensure all sorts of renovation work as per the company schedule and projected time.
∎ Supervise the repairing work of RCC frame structures, Pre-engineered building.
∎ Supervise the steel structure building (Fabrication and erection).
∎ Supervise the repair and maintenance of Alcobont, Thai Aluminium, Water Pump, all sorts of Sanitary Fittings Work, etc. as required.
∎ Maintain records of work done by contractors.
∎ Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force.
∎ Any other task as assigned by the supervisor from time to time.
∎ The applicant should supervise and coordinate manufacturing, construction, installation, maintenance, support, documentation and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes and customer requirements
∎ The applicant need to plan, design, budget preparation and successfully execution of the projects
∎ The applicant must have good understanding and operational knowledge of computer and design related software's, e.g., Auto CAD operation
∎ Any Special task related with Civil work. as assigned by the management from time to time.

∎ Age 25 to 35 years
