∎ Skills Required: 2D Drafting & Site Management.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ To supervise construction projects / Interior / Site management.
∎ Office Location-Shamoli, Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understanding basic civil engineering functions like civil working drawing, site preparation, ground leveling, concrete foundation & finishing work.
∎ Understanding field measurement and marking, survey work & site area utilization supervision.
∎ Planning to use equipment at most cost-effective way.
∎ Inform the problem arises at site to superior and take necessary steps to solve it.
∎ Preparing estimates, checking requisition list, ensure quantity & quality, stock-control.
∎ Coordination with procurement and main stores for materials delivery.
∎ Control wastage.
∎ Reporting to the higher Management.
∎ Any other duty assigned by the Management.
∎ Ensuring safety and security of the site, resources (labor, materials and equipment)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Civil Construction (Specially Building)
Salary: Tk. 12000 - 15000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ TA
∎ Festival Bonus: 1 ( after one year )
