∎ Bachelors/ Diploma in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should be able to progress the interior and exterior work as per time schedule along with maintaining the quality of work.
∎ Provide daily work program to the contractor.
∎ Follow up contractor's manpower regularly.
∎ Should be able to supervise the finishing works as per standard and quality.
∎ Provide daily/weekly work program & progress report.
∎ Check & confirm safety & security during site work.
∎ Check quality of materials & workmanship during site work.
∎ Should be able to work under pressure with positive attitude.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Having at least 3 (three) years experience in Architect firm.
∎ Having at least 3 (three) years experience in interior and exterior work.
∎ Must be honest, dedicated, self-motivated, energetic & punctual.
∎ Knowledge to operate Auto-CAD etc.

Salary: Negotiable
