Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate between Head office and Project office for smooth decision-making process.
∎ Preparing of daily & weekly work progress.
∎ Project planning, organizing, supervising, scheduling and coordinating.
∎ Quality control, ensure proper safety at sites, defining the problems and identify the areas of improvement.
∎ Follow up detailed work programs and manpower status at sites day to day basis.
∎ Supervise site engineers and non-technical staffs.
∎ Capable to handle High rise building works independently.
∎ Require extensive knowledge regarding as cast/fair face concrete formwork, casting and finishing works.
∎ Overall responsibility for managing project matters.
∎ Any other assigned by Management.
∎ Work support mentality for long hours.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Must have knowledge of excellent approach towards price estimating & planning.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Should have knowledge in high-rise building.
∎ Computer knowledge is must.
Salary: Negotiable
