Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean.
∎ Preparing cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available.
∎ Plan and coordinate onsite construction activities.
∎ Supervise construction activities, including excavation, foundation work, structural erection, etc.
∎ Monitor project progress, compliance with design specifications, and safety standards.
∎ Create work schedules and adjust as needed to meet project deadlines.
∎ Collaborate with the project manager to align activities with desired business outcomes.
∎ Assist in managing projects in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
∎ Ensuring quality control using appropriate checklists, systems, and procedures.
∎ Coordinate with the site admin to maintain daily site records.
