Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering
∎ Skills Required: Construction Building, Site Engineer

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Mechanical, Supervisor
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Proper knowledge about Drawing, designs, Estimation & Analysis.
∎ Understanding of Basic Civil functions e.g. civil working drawing, Site preparation, Ground leveling, soil testing, form work, Road Construction, concrete foundation, Steel structure construction, building construction, special knowledge about finishing work and handling, implementing large construction projects etc.
∎ Prepare information regarding design, structure, specifications, materials, color, equipment, estimated costs and construction time.
∎ Maintain Construction data such as time, progress, and cost records, and prepare management reports of development results to establish work schedules, assignments, and development sequences to meet goals.
∎ To supervise construction works.
∎ Assuring quality of erection/construction works.
∎ Managing site supervisor and labour/contractors
∎ Communication with head office regarding implementation works
∎ Reporting to project coordinators.
∎ Checking received materials.
∎ Preparing construction plan and follow up the plan.
∎ Knowledge about finishing works.
∎ Always keep update knowledge about the latest materials and their prices and availability.

∎ Age 25 to 45 years

∎ The applicants should have enough technical knowledge.
