Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering, Master of Science (MSc) in Civil Engineering
∎ Skills Required: SAP

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Fast Food Shop

Job Context:
∎ Start of Work Plan the entire execution as per Bar chart & Prepare all Documents in advance for smooth execution of work.
∎ Drawings Recheck the site measurements w.r.t to drawings issued and report the discrepancy, if any.
∎ Execution, Ensure timely completion of store/Restaurant as per Store Schedule Chart
∎ Ensure on time delivery of equipment`s and record the same.
∎ Ensure proper integration of different works. HVAC, False ceiling, Fire, Land lords works
∎ Maintain Store Order Book for any changes/ directions at site
∎ Ensure proper coordination with different agencies/vendors/Consultants and Land lords
∎ Daily update of DSR to Sr. Manager
∎ Follow time to time instructions from Managers, Head office for smooth execution
∎ Quality Ensure top most quality finishing of the store.
∎ Check and Ensure material specification adherence and standard of quality as per approved specifications
∎ Coordination for creating Capex & Purchase requisition after store number generation.
∎ Maintaining reports & Tracking of Material to ensure timely delivery at sites.
∎ Maintaining report formats for Goods receiving Notes & Service entry sheets.
∎ Maintaining report formats for Goods issue to ensure Closure of PO.
∎ Ensuring proper and on time installation of equipment`s with installation certificates and training to staff where ever applicable.
∎ Ensuring proper store handover with proper documentation.
∎ Ensuring timely joint measurement of site, Bill Measurement verification, Certification & Submission.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work experience in the field of Interior Fit-out Works Supervision Good quality of finishing work.
∎ Take measurements and prepare a general layout after visiting a site Good working Knowledge of Auto Cad
∎ Responsible for Site Execution, monitoring daily progress, quality control Material used at site should be as per specifications.
∎ Maintain day to day record of work progress at site Maintain Daily Progress chart and other related documents for reporting and records.
∎ He should be good in handling vendor & labour at site. Knowledge of BOQ item with specifications.
∎ He is required to handle the General Supervision on site

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have skill of Interior Finishing and Civil Work.
