Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Civil/ Mechanical Engineering from any reputed University
∎ 3-5 years experience in steel structure Project Management & Site works or pre-engineered steel structure buildings
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Building & Factory Design With 3d Visualization, Installation/ Erection, Project Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Steel
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise, coordinate and ensure the timely supply and erection of steel structured buildings.
∎ Establish project plans: define project scope, allocate resources & monitor all activities
∎ Preparation of site survey report
∎ Preparation of project information form
∎ Erection budget
∎ Project time schedule PTS
∎ Resource Breakdown Structure RBS
∎ Resource Calendar maintain
∎ Delivery checklist
∎ Coordination with head office team
∎ Workers team management
∎ Supporting vendor management
∎ Drive project execution: track project activities, monitor & handle changes, conflicts & escalations
∎ Handle customer & stakeholder engagement: ensure project progress and meetings
∎ Daily monitoring and reporting of the sites under preparation to the customer and internally
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Willing to stay continuously at Project sites
∎ Proven quality record in safety management and quality
∎ Ability to develop and maintain outstanding clients relations
∎ Critical & fast tracking project handling
∎ Multitasking and manage several projects at a time
∎ Special team Management (Anchor bolt, Erection and sheeting & Maintenance) works
Salary: Negotiable
