Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Civil Engineering/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 6 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate between Head office and Project office for smooth decision-making process.
∎ Preparing of daily & weekly work progress.
∎ Project planning, organizing, supervising, scheduling and coordinating.
∎ Quality control, ensure proper safety at sites, defining the problems and identify the areas of improvement.
∎ Follow up detailed work programs and manpower status at sites day to day basis.
∎ Supervise site engineers and non-technical staffs.
∎ Capable to handle High rise building works independently.
∎ Require extensive knowledge regarding as cast/fair face concrete formwork, casting and finishing works.
∎ Overall responsibility for managing project matters.
∎ Any other assigned by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following Business area(s): Factory building construction, Retrofitting works etc.
∎ Good communication ability (Both written and verbal).
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
