∎ Diploma in Civil
∎ Skills Required: Communication, Computer skill

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate between Senior Management and Project office for smooth decision-making process.
∎ Preparing of daily & weekly work progress.
∎ Project planning, organizing, supervising, scheduling and coordinating.
∎ Quality control, ensure proper safety at sites, defining the problems and identify the areas of improvement.
∎ Follow up detailed work programs and manpower status at sites day to day basis.
∎ Supervise Contractor's Workforce and non-technical staffs.
∎ Capable to handle High rise building works independently.
∎ Require extensive knowledge regarding as cast/fair face concrete formwork, casting and finishing works.
∎ Overall responsibility for managing project matters.
∎ Any other assigned by Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Require extensive knowledge regarding as cast/fair face concrete form-work, casting and finishing works and also should have basic knowledge on Interior design and its implementation with materials.

Salary: Negotiable
