Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The diploma engineer will read, understand, interpret and implement architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing and other designs related to construction to the construction, electrical, plumbing and other related workers to make sure all works are done as per designs.
∎ Ability to understand BOQ to prepare list of required materials for daily use with approximate cost.
∎ Ability to stay all day in the construction area to supervise construction and other related workers to make sure all works are done as per designs.
∎ Extensive knowledge in taking daily inventory, ordering, receiving and inspecting items to verify exact brand, quality and quantity before using.
∎ Capable to handle all undesirable situations including conflicts in between contractor, workers and staffs and report all incidents to general manager and the CEO on time.
∎ Capable to strictly maintain safety and security of construction area for the safety of self and all construction and other workers to avoid injuries or even death.
∎ Carefully monitor construction and other related workers to avoid damage, misuse and theft of construction materials.
∎ Report immediately to general manager and the CEO for any damage, misuse and theft of construction materials.
∎ Report to general manager and the CEO regarding daily work progress.
∎ Communicate with the top supervision engineer, architectural design company, general manager and the CEO if any confusion, question, concern regarding design and other related issues.
∎ Perfect attendance, attention to details, capability to manage construction workers, outstanding knowledge in each area of construction are required for this position. ∎ We are seeking for a diploma engineer to oversee our multi story apartment building construction project located at Dhaka. This is a full-time position. Part time candidates are not qualified for this position.
