∎ B.SC Engineering (Civil)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain all construction residential building works quality at the site by attending in the site during the job execution to ensure the construction works is to be done as per quality
∎ Monitoring manpower mobilization and skills mess of workers to ensure the skilled labor for the project.
∎ Trained and counseling the worker to increase the awareness to use the safety and security equipment
∎ Ensuring the proper use of safety and security equipment in construction works and workers.
∎ Ensuring cleanliness of the project following checklist to give a better experiences to the customers
∎ Estimate quantities of materials , equipment requisition are placed on time to determine procurement planning
∎ Controlling waste of material by monitoring closely during the execution of works
∎ To supervise & execute construction of building project including pile, Basement, super structure, sanitary & plumbing ,Electric , Paint and all others finishing works as per drawing
∎ To prepare estimate of structural finishing and sanitary & plumbing works etc.
∎ Preparing bills and MPR (Material purchase requisition)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicant should have experiences in the Building construction works
Salary: Negotiable
