∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Comprehensive knowledge in drawing development 2D in AutoCAD is must, proficiency in written and oral English, good technical skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean.
∎ Preparing cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available.
∎ Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on particular projects.
∎ Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment as required.
∎ Authorizing technical drawings and engineering plans.
∎ Gathering data, compiling reports and delivering presentations to relevant stakeholders.
∎ Completing quality assurance and providing feedback to the team.
∎ Supervision of the work as per the project schedule and make necessary adjustment based on the progress.
∎ Ability to work to deadlines and within budgets.
∎ Experienced in the building works in construction sector·
∎ Fluency in software programs related to construction management, including project management software (AutoCAD Civil 2D, MS Word, MS Excel etc.).
∎ Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues.
∎ Any other tasks assign by the Management.
