Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Preferably Real Estate and Construction Company

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have to ensure Quality works maintaining proper safety and security
∎ Drawing study, Planning and estimation before starting the work.
∎ Good communication skill
∎ Day-to-day project construction work supervision.
∎ Have to ensure safety & security at project
∎ Have to ensure proper housekeeping after works
∎ Properly reporting to the management of everyday works
∎ Prepare bill and checking bills submitted by sub-contractors
∎ Good interpersonal skill, energetic, flexible to cope up with work pressure
∎ Should maintain check list, progress report time to time for proper continuation of construction works.
