Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Interior Project
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Furniture Manufacturer, Interior Design

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervision and Monitoring of the Project activities and reporting. Liaison/Co-ordination With all concern..
∎ Joint measurement of executed work along with contractor and client checking the bills for payment.
∎ Preparation Estimate the work as per drawing, design & Specification.
∎ Planning the activities for Daily, Monthly, Quarterly.
∎ Supervision & Quality control of project Civil work, plumbing work, Tiles Work, Paint Work and other related work as per requirement.
∎ Progress monitoring and reporting time to time.
∎ Maintaining all kind of documentation as per site work related.
∎ Follow up emergency response activity and rehabilitation activity.
∎ Calculate Integrate engineering element into a unified design.
∎ Conduct periodic on-site observation of work during construction to monitor compliance with plans.
∎ Identify architectural and interior risks and propose alternatives and solutions.
∎ Produce weekly report of Project status and submit to the Concern Person.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

Salary: Negotiable
