∎ Diploma in Architecture/Civil Engineering/B.Sc
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage project site to monitor construction progress according to design as well as Management decisions.
∎ Provide support to management in tracking project progress, monitoring & controlling, and timely completion of projects assigned by the company.
∎ Shall have good knowledge of layout plans, estimation & manpower handling.
∎ Good skills in Interior projects related to products.
∎ Supervised various Interior projects, and quality control plans.
∎ Assist management in organizing project coordinating meetings, track and monitor project progress, find out variances of deadlines, and root causes of variances, and report findings.
∎ Checking designs, drawings, calculations, technical descriptions, specifications, and civil engineering works price quotations submitted by the vendors with the market rate and helping the project team to decide on a justified price, also measuring the actual quantity of civil works completed by the suppliers/ vendors and determining the actual works completed.
