Additional Requirements:

• Age 18 to 35 years

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, and interior project execution.

• Practical experience in complete A–Z/turnkey interior projects.

• Proven ability to meet sales targets and build strong client relationships.

• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to promote premium interior design services to high-profile and corporate clients.

• A strong network within the real estate and construction industries will be an advantage.

• Knowledge of interior materials, architectural finishes, construction methods, and specifications.

• Ability to read and understand architectural drawings, working drawings, BOQ, and 3D models.

• Experience in vendor, subcontractor, labor, and client management.

• Willingness to travel to different project sites within or outside Dhaka as required.

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple responsibilities, and deliver results.

• Must be willing to work on-site and handle technical challenges.

Responsibilities & Context:

Job Responsibilities

1. Sales, Marketing & Business Development

• Identify and approach potential residential, commercial, and corporate clients for interior design and renovation projects.

• Generate leads and develop a strong sales pipeline.

• Build professional relationships with real estate developers, architects, civil engineers, contractors, and other industry stakeholders.

• Conduct client meetings, present proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and client acquisition strategies.

• Coordinate with the design and operations teams to prepare proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.

• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to identify new business opportunities.

• Maintain client relationships and provide after-sales support.

2. Interior Project Supervision & Site Engineering

• Supervise and manage day-to-day interior project site activities.

• Ensure project execution according to approved drawings, BOQ, specifications, and schedules.

• Coordinate with contractors, workers, suppliers, subcontractors, and project managers.

• Monitor material quality, workmanship, and finishing standards.

• Prepare site reports, work progress updates, measurement sheets, and material estimates.

• Identify and resolve on-site technical issues and provide practical engineering solutions.

• Monitor project costs, work progress, and delivery timelines.

• Ensure compliance with site safety standards, PPE requirements, and workplace discipline.

• Manage site-level client queries and coordinate with relevant authorities when necessary.

• Ensure timely completion and successful handover of interior projects.
