∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering from reputed Institute

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To determine project schedule by studying project plan and specifications, calculating time requirements, sequencing project elements;
∎ To maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, resolving problems.
∎ Ample experience to prepare BOQ & Estimate;
∎ Sound Knowledge of construction and finishing materials;
∎ Maintain and enforced good construction standard & quality;
∎ Preparation of expenditure statements and other necessary documents at regular intervals during the construction works;
∎ To keep liaison with head quarter, consultants, purchasing entity to execute the project smoothly;
∎ Analyze the expenditure on construction materials to track the actual costs of project;
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by Top Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ 5-6 years of relevant work experience.
∎ Must have experience to work on 'Building finishing & Interior work"
∎ Computer Literacy: MS Office (Excel/Word/Power Point), Auto CAD.
