Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Civil from reputed Institute or Diploma in Architecture or Interior Architecture
∎ Skills Required: AutoCAD, Communication skills, Hardworking and Passionate. Punctual, Interior Finishing, Microsoft Excel, Strong leadership

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Interior Project

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Skill in Interior fit-out Works.
∎ To monitor, schedule and co-ordinate preparation of project related works. Assist in Evaluation and Solution of Potential Field Problems, referring them to Departmental Head /Project Architect.
∎ Coordination with Departmental Head/Project Architect of Head Office and other Relevant Departments.
∎ Planning and Preparation of Work Timeline/Schedule.
∎ Estimation of the material required for project.
∎ Supervision of all Structural and Finishing Works.
∎ Preparation of BOQ and Materials requisition.
∎ Monitoring Materials Consumption, Stock and Delivery Status.
∎ Preparing and Checking of Labor & Contractor's Bill.
∎ Perform other Tasks Assigned by the Company.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Interior, Site supervision, Construction, Interior Materials, Estimate & Market rate.
∎ The applicant must be computer conversant and competent in software like Auto CAD. Design & Specifications.
∎ Clear Concept on Interior Decoration Materials and its Sourcing.
∎ Strong Interpersonal Skills and the Ability to work effectively with others and on Teams.
∎ Good communication skills both Bengali & English.
