Job Context:
∎ Site Engineer (Commercial Space - 3000+ sq. ft.)
∎ Must have knowledge and experience in regulating sites and supervising projects until the handover.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Materials estimation, store maintenance & procurement
∎ Ensure that the Project activities are properly delivered with maximum efficiency and professionalism to achieve the positive impact and goal of the project
∎ Project Management, developing work plan, follow up and monitoring project implementation process.
∎ Create & maintain effective project plan, implement & monitor the implementation or large-scale interior work projects.
∎ Arrange calls/meetings on regular basis with Project workers & contractors to superviseand consult about overall project planning, progress, and maintain the Project Time Schedule (PTS).
∎ Coordinate with the design team, coordinators, accounts team, procurement team, business development team, and submit reports and present the overall progress.
∎ Plan timeframes, using a daily work schedule sheet.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Site Engineer (Commercial Space - 3000+ sq. ft.) Must have knowledge and experience
∎ in regulating sites and supervising projects until the handover.
∎ Highly organized with an ability to manage resources, budgets, and onsite personnel
∎ Strong communication skills - written and oral
∎ Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously
∎ Interpersonal skills (Team work, supportive attitude, eager to learn, proactivity and creativity)
∎ Professional approach to time, costs, and deadlines.
