Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/ Civil Engineering.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Building & Factory Design With 3d Visualization, Installation/ Erection, Steel Structure

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise the assigned construction works of steel buildings & shed erection.
∎ Place the material requisition as per drawing & design.
∎ Give support to side elevation & various support structure erection.
∎ Project planning, estimating bill checking, supervise monitoring the project for professional feedback.
∎ Following up the Construction schedule, provide daily progress report upon daily activities.
∎ Ensuing the quality of construction works.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Age at least 25 years.
∎ Only males are allowed to apply.
∎ Good knowledge on CAD drawing.
∎ The applicants should have experience at least 4-7 years in Real Estate Company or Factory building.
∎ Must be proactive, discipline, program oriented, target oriented, fruitful & visible achievement is a must.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel and Power Point), Internet browsing and basic IT knowledge is mandatory.
∎ Must be self-oriented and hard working.

Salary: Negotiable
